Ghorme sabzi stew Tahchin
Tehchin Ghormeh Sabzi is one of the most delicious and popular Iranian dishes that can be a good choice for lovers of Ghormeh Sabzi stew.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2.5 measure rice
- 1 egg
- Saffron brewed 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tablespoons
- Concentrate enough vegetables
- Enough liquid oil
First, pour the rice into a bowl full of water and let it soak for 30 minutes. Then pour water into a pot halfway through it and pour a little salt and oil into the water and put the lid on the pot and increase the heat. Let's get the water to boil sooner.
When the water is boiling, we wash the rice and empty the bowl of water and pour the rice into the boiling water and wait for the rice to boil in the water for 7 minutes. Then we test a number of rice on the tooth. If the area around the rice was soft but the rice kernels were a little stiff, that's when we need to drain the rice.
Drain the rice and powder the saffron and pour it over the yogurt and stir until the cold and water in the yogurt makes the saffron more colorful. We break the egg in a large bowl and mix well and combine. Add yogurt and saffron to the eggs.

Then mix well until smooth and then add the drained rice to the ingredients and mix gently so that the rice is completely covered with the ingredients. Then make sure the stew is firm. (If it is juicy and loose, put it on the heat to harden)
