Ingredients

Medium onion 2 pcs

Small or medium carrots 2 pcs

Liquid oil 1 tbsp

Chicken breast half full breast

Recipe

باسلوق

باسلوق یا راحتی یکی از انواع دسرهای سنتی و قدیمی ایرانی است که در میان ایرانیان از محبوبیت خاصی برخوردار است. باسلوق را علاوه بر اینکه به عنوان یک دسر می توانید سرو کنید ، می توانید آنرا به عنوان یک شیرینی ساده در کنار چای هم مصرف کنید.

در ادامه با این آموزش شیرینی پزی در آشپزباشی همراه باشید تا روش صحیح درست کردن باسلوق سنتی را فرا بگیرید.

مواد لازم باسلوق

  • پودر نارگیل 150 گرم
  • مغز گردو 100 گرم
  • روغن مایع یک قاشق چایخوری
  • گلاب نصف لیوان
  • آب سرد دو لیوان
  • نشاسته 100 گرم
  • شکر 200 گرم

طرز تهیه باسلوق

برای تهیه باسلوق ابتدا آب سرد را در قابلمه ای بریزید ( بهتر است از قابلمه با جنس تفلون استفاده شود ) و بعد از آن نشاسته را نیز بیفزایید و بعد قابلمه را روی اجاق قرار دهید تا با حرارت ملایم نشاسته در آب کاملا حل شود و با قاشق یا کفگیر چوبی کمی هم بزنید مراقب باشید که اگر گلوله ای ایجاد شد با قاشق روی آن بزنید تا نشاسته در آب حل شود.
زمانی که کاملا نشاسته در آب حل شد،شکر را کم کم به آن اضافه کنید و با یک کفگیر چوبی هم بزنید تا در مایع شکر حل شود، آنگاه گلاب و روغن را بیفزایید و مستمر و پیاپی هم بزنید تا مایع به حدی غلظت پیدا کند که اثری از مایع نباشد و فقط شما خمیری در قابلمه داشته باشید.
آنگاه قابلمه را از روی حرارت بردارید و مغز گردو را به آن بیفزایید و بگذارید تا خمیر سرد شود سپس به مدت 1 ساعت مواد را در یخچال بگذارید تا کاملا خودش را بگیرد و سفت شود.
در آخر از یخچال در آورید و دستتان را چرب کنید و مایع را کمی ورز دهید و بصورت استوانه ای به قطر3سانت برش دهید و در بشقابی پودر نارگیل بریزید و باسلوق ها را در آن بغلتانید و نوش جانتان کنید.

روش دیگر نیز این است که شما میتوانید وقتی خمیر را از قابلمه در آوردید بمدت 1 ساعت در یخچال قرار دهید و پس از گذشت 1 ساعت از یخچال خارج کنید و بعد از شکل دادن به خمیر گردو را در وسط آن قرار دهید به طوری که کمی از سر گردو بیرون باشد.

این خوراکی به عنوان سوغاتی در برخی از شهرها ارائه می شود که طرفداران بسیاری نیز دارد ، می توانید با تهیه باسلوق خانگی به جای استفاده از قند از باسلوق در کنار چای استفاده نمایید.
